What is watch dropshipping and how does it work?
Watch dropshipping lets an online retailer sell genuine watches without holding stock or paying upfront. You import our product catalogue into your own store (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon or your own site), set your retail price, and when a customer buys, we ship the piece directly to them from our UK dispatch centre in your name. You pay us the wholesale price only after the customer has paid you. There is no minimum order and no inventory risk.
Are the watches genuine and where do you source them?
Every timepiece is 100% authentic and sourced through our established supplier network. We carry designer and Swiss brands including TAG Heuer, Gucci, Michael Kors, Hugo Boss, Diesel, Emporio Armani, Tommy Hilfiger, Fossil, Guess, Bulova, Burberry, Tissot, Movado, Seiko, Daniel Wellington, Maserati and Swarovski. Some pieces, particularly premium Swiss watches, may be ex-display or refurbished stock - this is always disclosed on the product page before you import.
What is the minimum order quantity?
None. There is no minimum order, no monthly commitment and no upfront stock purchase. You can start by importing a single piece to test the market, then expand as you learn what sells for your audience. This is the fundamental difference between dropshipping and traditional wholesale.
How much profit margin can I make reselling your watches?
Partners typically earn 25 - 40% margin at recommended retail price on standard tier, rising to 38% off wholesale for Elite members. On premium brands where our wholesale price sits below current online market retail, partners often earn substantially more than their headline discount. Exact margins are visible per product on the partner catalogue after you sign up.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Arab Emirates, Germany, France, Netherlands and New Zealand. Some brands carry regional restrictions - for example, TAG Heuer and Seiko are not available for delivery to the United Kingdom. Restricted pieces are labelled in your catalogue and any order that breaches a restriction is automatically declined before it reaches fulfilment.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our German warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery typically takes around two weeks door-to-door as branded watches undergo customs processing in most destination countries. Tracking numbers post back to your Shopify store automatically as soon as each parcel ships, so you can set accurate expectations with your own customers.
Do parcels show your branding or pricing?
No. Every parcel ships blind as standard - plain, unbranded packaging with no invoice and no pricing documentation inside. Nothing in the box identifies Swiss Watch Network or reveals what you paid, so as far as your customer is concerned the order came from you. This applies to every order, on every account, at no extra cost.
How do I integrate with my Shopify store?
Once approved, you create a private connector app inside your own Shopify admin (a five-minute guided setup), paste the Client ID and Secret into your partner portal, and your product catalogue is live. Orders from your store flow to our fulfilment automatically. No monthly Shopify app fees, no plugins, no code.
What does it cost to become a partner?
Standard partnership is free - no monthly fee, no application charge. Optional paid memberships (Pro at £99/month, Elite at £299/month) unlock deeper wholesale pricing without waiting for volume-based tier progression. Elite members also get first pick of new inventory drops.
How do payments work?
Orders you receive from your customers are batched into a single daily invoice. You pay by card via PayTabs (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or by SWIFT wire transfer to our UAE business account. Once payment is confirmed, orders are released to fulfilment immediately.
What if my customer wants to return a watch?
We handle authentic-goods returns under our supplier terms. Refunds flow through the same channel as the original payment. Contact info@swisswatchnetwork.com with the SWN reference number and we will process the return under our standard policy.
